Service Apartments Information and Policies

  1. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to our stringent 100% indoor smoke-free policy to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for everyone.

  2. Upon confirmation of your reservation and payment, cancellations are not allowed, and all payments made are considered non-refundable and non-transferable. 

  3. To provide ample time for our dedicated team to prepare your room, our check-in time is set at 4:00 p.m. with check-out at 12:00 p.m.

  4. For a smooth check-in process, we humbly request that upon arrival, all visitors proceed to our lobby for registration purposes.

  5. In alignment with regulations regarding disposable plastic products, we have ceased providing complimentary disposable toiletries and plastic-bottled water in guest rooms. We recommend guests bring their toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, and shampoo for personal use.

  6. We kindly remind guests to ensure that any electrical plugs brought into the premises adhere to Hong Kong's specified safety standards for the well-being of all residents.

  7. Our Housekeeping team offers basic room cleaning services; however, please note that dinnerware washing services are not included in our housekeeping offerings.

  8. The main entrance driveway is exclusively designated for drop-offs and pick-ups. Should you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance for seamless arrangements.

  9. During check-in and check-out processes, guests are kindly requested to manage the transportation of their luggage, furniture, and personal items. Should you require assistance, we are more than happy to provide luggage carts for your convenience.

  10. Kindly be informed that at present, we do not provide parcel or baggage forwarding services, excluding mail. Prior arrangements are necessary should you require any assistance in this regard.

  11. Following your check-in, we recommend referring to the resident handbook provided in your room for additional information and guidelines to enhance your stay experience.

  12. Disposal of large items may result in additional charges. Please feel free to reach out to our management office for further guidance and assistance on this matter.
